The ESBC recognizes the athletic ability of student athletes. The ESBC features some of the premier high school basketball players in the country. I am extremely proud of the student athlete's accomplishments, academically and athletically. They have excelled among their peers in tough competition and in doing so they have earned the chance to perform in the ESBC. This is a major accomplishment for them. Most importantly, I know their hard work and devotion to the sport and their academics will continue throughout their personal and collegiate endeavors.

I am honored and proud to have all of the athletes participate in the Classic. Our athletes always represent their schools, coaches, and families well. Join us for the 2012 Elite Showcase Basketball Classic at Trinity University and enjoy all that our nation's capital has to offer.
