COACH WILLIAM (BILL) GIBSON, WEST SPRINGFIELD HIGH SCHOOL, SPRINGFIELD, VA

Bill Gibson graduated from James Madison University with a Marketing Education Degree in 1977. He started teaching at West Springfield HS in 1979 and retired from teaching in 2010.  He is in his 28th year of coaching the Lady Spartan where he has massed a 616-135 record, which includes 3 state, 6 Region, 13 district titles.
